How long will it take to get my purchase?
Once the transaction is confirmed on the website, preparation and packing begin, a process that can take a few business days. Original artwork will usually leave the studio within 3 days but shipping time depends on carrier and distance. Please understand we are a small business so if you need expedited service please reach out via email. We generally use USPS, UPS or Fedex Ground. If you have special requests please email me. 

When prints are ordered on the website, production times can vary. Delivery should take 7 – 10 days. Please reach out with specific questions or request.

What is your return Policy?
We want to see you happy with their purchase! Returns are accepted on artwork up to 7 days after receiving your package. After the 7 days, all sales are final. When returning an item, we ask that you package it securely in it’s original packing materials. Once we receive the package, we will send you your full refund, as long as the item is undamaged. The customer is responsible to pay for shipping your returned item back to us. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact me. Stationary and calendars cannot be returned.

How do you pack the work?
All products and artwork are very carefully packed to ensure its safety in transit.

Is it possible to have items gift wrapped or a note included in a gift?
Yes! Services range a simple tag or ribbon to complete box and wrap services for a modest fee. Just add this to your shopping cart. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have special requests.

Do you insure artwork in transit?
Yes all original artworks are insured for the value of the sale during shipping

Can I pick up purchased artwork from the studio?
Yes, you are welcome to come to my studio by appointment in Cedar Grove NJ to collect original artwork you have purchased. Please make arrangements ahead of time to ensure your work is ready and we are available. We do not have a storefront with regular hours.

How are Giftcards Delivered?
Giftcards are delivered via email as soon as the purchase is complete to the recipient of your choice. They can be redeemed at the recipient’s convenience and do not expire. Free shipping is always included.

What is your Privacy Policy?
We take your privacy seriously and I NEVER share or sell any of your personal information. It will only be used to prepare your order.
